Return and Refund Policy

  1. Merchandise must be return within 15 working days from the date that item has been purchased. The returned item must be in the original package, together with your receipt for either exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment

    • Purchase made with cash: a cash refund will be issued.
    • Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original card. Original card must be present at time of return
  2. Return policy does not apply to fabric product (duvet cover, mattress cover, pillow cover) personal product (towels, bath mats) bathroom product, products damaged after leaving the store and damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly.

  3. If product has been unpacked and installed or problem not cause from product, the company reserves the rights to deduct 30% of the product’s price.

  4. Transportation charge and other fees are non-refundable.

  5. Return/exchange conditions will be investigated by JYSK and manufacturer. JYSK reserves the right to return/exchange product according to the conditions defined. The decision of JYSK shall be final.

  6. JYSK will inform the results of product inspection to the customer. (In case of exchange, JYSK Online Store Customer Service will inform the result and make an appointment for the delivery of new product)

  7. JYSK reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
