Return and Refund Policy
- JYSK applies a 1-year general warranty policy for all products and 10 years for mattress.
- JYSK warranty policy only applied to defect related to materials and manufacturers. The warranty does not apply to damage after purchase, or other defects due to improper use or lack of necessary product maintenance.
- JYSK warranty policy takes effect from the date of receipt of the product, and with the original invoice.
- JYSK will decide to repair, replace or return products.
- JYSK reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
** 10 years warranty will cover only gold series. The warranty condition will not cover the improper usage and wrong maintenance.
